Simply Nourishment started with a simple idea: good nutrition should be practical, evidence-informed, and realistic for everyday life. Instead of chasing extremes or short-lived diet trends, the focus is on helping people build eating habits they can actually sustain.

About Pooja V. Menon

Pooja is a Registered Dietitian running a private nutrition practice since 2017.

Education

  • M.Sc. – Foods and Nutrition
  • B.Sc. – Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics (Gold Medal, 1st position)

Professional experience

Before moving to full-time private practice, Pooja’s work spanned hospital dietetics, digital health coaching, and several years as a group Quality Assurance Officer and industrial nutritionist with food-safety management system (HACCP, ISO 9001) responsibilities.

Additional training

  • Monash University — low-FODMAP approach for IBS (2020)
  • Advanced Food Hygiene Training and HACCP in Practice certifications
